Ingredients



Cream Shanti (whipping cream) vanilla flavor

Cream Shanti - chocolate flavor


Vanilla Cake

Sweet Peaches (canned ones) cut into small cubes


Strawberry jelly (hearts and shells )

(to make them, use heart & shell shape ice cube tray)

 
how to cook...



Bring cups and Start with the following order

Cream Shanti chocolate flavor

Few pieces of cake


Cubes of peach + Jelly

Cream Shanti vanilla flavor


Few pieces of cake 

Cubes of peach + Jelly 

and then on the surface add

Cream Shanti vanilla flavor & chocolate flavor 

cubes of jelly and peach

Serve it cold

cream cheese - mascarpone or ricotta
icing sugar + vanilla
cream Shanti or whipping cream
Marble Cake or any other type
bananas & strawberries


how to cook...


Whisk the cream Shanti  and Keep it Ready 
Then in another bowl mix yogurt, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
Bring the serving cups and follow the order below 



Piece of cake 
mix of yogurt with cream cheese 
few pieces of banana 
piece of cake 
cream Shanti 
few pieces of banana 
pieces cake 
mix of cream cheese with yogurt 
and on the surface put pieces of banana and strawberries.

Semolina Cake with Cashew and Pineapple Cream


Ingredients


For the cake


8 tablespoons fine semolina 
3 tablespoons sugar 
two tablespoons flour 
two tablespoons of starch
two tablespoons of milk powder, 
half teaspoon baking soda
vanilla 
350 ml milk, 
about half cup of crushed cashew nuts


For the cream


Cup and a half pineapple juice 
sugar ( up to your taste )
2 tablespoons starch dissolved in some water

for the surface - crushed roasted cashew


how to cook...


Mix all the ingredients of cake and bake in preheated oven at temperature of 200



Leave to cool slightly then add about 10 tablespoons pineapple juice to it


Put to the serving plate




Now prepare the cream


Put the pineapple juice and sugar to the fire and after the juice is heated add starch mixture and stir until the mixture becomes creamy







Put to the surface




Then add cashew

Cheesecake in Marble-Cake
(with strawberries and bananas)





Ingredients


Mix of Vanilla cake 
Mix of Chocolate cake 
Cream Cheese about 400 to 500 grams  
( like ricotta or mascarpone )
Icing sugar - up to your taste
Strawberries and Bananas 
Whipping cream with strawberry flavor 



how to cook...


Prepare the vanilla cake mixture in your preferred way
( you can try this: 2 eggs - 1 cup flour - 1/2 butter - 1/2 can of condensed sweet milk  - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder - vanilla - 1/3 cup fresh milk - 3 spoons sugar )






 Same with chocolate cake mixture

( you can try this: 2 eggs - 1/2 cup flour - 1/2 butter - 1/2 can of condensed sweet milk  - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder - vanilla - 1/3 cup fresh milk - 3 spoons sugar - 1/3 cup cacao powder  )


Prepare the oven tray and get two plastic packets 




to make the marble cake follow the method below








Put to preheated oven at 180C
(be careful it'll be ready after SHORT time )




 Must deal with the cake while it's warm 


















Preparing the cream

half amount of the cheese + bananas + sugar




Mix




and add 




the rest of cheese + strawberries + sugar




Mix 




and add it with pieces of strawberry




 Prepare the whipping cream




add on top 




 simply decorate 
and cut extra parts of cake 




Put to refrigerator as long as possible to let it hold together and to get the best flavor
