Quick Strawberry Ice Cream Cake


Ingredients

Swiss roll cake - cut into slices
​​Whipped cream
Icing sugar - up to your taste
Packet of FROZEN strawberries
Some fresh strawberries
Small amount of milk
Crushed cashew
Hershey Strawberry



how to cook...


First preparing the ice cream: 

in a blender mix the frozen strawberries, milk and sugar, 
blend the mixture until it is thick and creamy.

Pour the mixture in a bowl and mix it with the whipped cream.
The ice cream is ready.

Now bring a cheesecake pan ( or any other suitable one ) and put the swiss roll slices in the bottom and on sides all around
put half amount of the ice cream then some fresh strawberries and then the rest of ice cream.
Keep it in freezer and before serving put it in fridge for 10 - 15 minutes and garnish it with crushed cashew and Hershey strawberry sauce.
