Chocolate Cakes with Cream & Peaches




Ingredients

½ cup flour 
third cup cacao 
½ cup milk 
½ cup butter
two eggs 
half can of condensed sweet milk 
3 tablespoons sugar 
vanilla 
half teaspoon baking powder

how to cook...

With an electric mixer, mix very well butter, sugar, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla and milk ...all together
after that, mix all of flour, cocoa and baking powder and then add them to the liquid mixture 

bake at a degree of 180C
then leave it to cool 







You can serve it plain or with cream and fruits










simple and delicious

Chocolate Cake With the Flavor of Cinnamon & Nescafe





Ingredients


½ cup flour 
third cup cocoa 
½ cup milk 
½ cup butter
two eggs 
half can of condensed milk 
3 tablespoons sugar 
vanilla 
half teaspoon baking powder
one and a half tablespoon of Nescafe 
½ teaspoon cinnamon



how to cook...


In a bowl put condensed milk, sugar, cinnamon and Nescafe 
and start mixing ( using an electric mixer )




add eggs and vanilla




and keep mixing




then add butter and milk




mix flour with cacao and baking powder very well




And start adding them bit by bit




 



Bake it at a degree of 180C




Leave to cool




Then Cut




add some cream




 



 



and serve it

Puff Pastry Tart with Orange Cream & Fruits


Ingredients

Puff Pastry dough (cut into squares )
One and half cup of orange juice  
One cup of pineapple juice 
Grated orange zest 
Sugar 
vanilla 
50 g butter, 
3 tablespoons starch dissolved in some water 
Strawberry - berries

how to cook...

Prepare the dough, sprinkle some icing sugar and make simple lines with a knife on the surface





Then bake it


Prepare the cream 
Mix orange juice with pineapple juice then add sugar, vanilla, butter and grated orange zest 

then put on fire



After boiling turn off the fire then add starch 
whisk until it becomes creamy



After tarts cool down - open each one from the middle, add some cream and some fruits, close it then sprinkle some icing sugar on the surface







Serve it cold
