Puff Pastry Tart with Orange Cream & Fruits


Ingredients

Puff Pastry dough (cut into squares )
One and half cup of orange juice  
One cup of pineapple juice 
Grated orange zest 
Sugar 
vanilla 
50 g butter, 
3 tablespoons starch dissolved in some water 
Strawberry - berries

how to cook...

Prepare the dough, sprinkle some icing sugar and make simple lines with a knife on the surface





Then bake it


Prepare the cream 
Mix orange juice with pineapple juice then add sugar, vanilla, butter and grated orange zest 

then put on fire



After boiling turn off the fire then add starch 
whisk until it becomes creamy



After tarts cool down - open each one from the middle, add some cream and some fruits, close it then sprinkle some icing sugar on the surface







Serve it cold
