Ingredients
A Cup of boiled white rice
Calamari boiled and cut to small pieces
Four boiled eggs
Non-salty black olives
2 cloves of garlic - minced
Yogurt + 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Curry
To garnish...
Cherry tomatoes
Lettuce leaf
Parsley
Dill
A few chopped black olives
Green onions
Paprika or sumac
how to cook...
Mix the curry and the garlic with calamari
Cut the eggs
Then mix it with calemari and rice
Cut a few black olives and add them with two tablespoons of yogurt mixture
Mix well
Place it in a serving dish
Make it look like an opened book
Put a little bit of the yogurt mixture on the surface
Press gently on the middle of the salad
and then add some chilly powder or sumac on the edges like in the picture
