Salad from Smoked Herring with Greens & Fried Bell Peppers

Salad from Smoked Herring with Greens
& Fried Bell Peppers




Ingredients

 
Smoked herring cut to small pieces
or smoked salmon

 
A mixture of: 
Lettuce leaves 
Hand grip watercress ( small sized ones)
With a bit of red cabbage leaves 

Cherry tomatoes
Bell pepper ( yellow & red )
Leek
A little bit of hot paprika
Sesame

For the sauce...

2 Tablespoons olive oil
Tbsp apple vinegar
Teaspoon honey 
Teaspoon lemon juice


how to cook...

 
Put in a serving dish the mix of greens 
(Lettuce - Watercress - Red cabbage )




Then on a pan (high fire ) Put two tablespoons of olive oil, pepper and leek 
fry for few seconds then add sesame
after 10 minutes, add apple vinegar, honey and lemon


Then put over Greens


Cut the tomatoes and the smoked Fish then add them


Sprinkle some sesame on the surface


And hot paprika

Serve it warm
