Russian Salad Mimoza


Russian Salad Mimoza


Ingredients

  Yellow cheese grated -  300 grams
 
Two cans of tune seasoned with salt and pepper 
 5 eggs - boiled and the yolk separated from white
Small onion - chopped fine and added to the tuna
Medium carrot - grated
Butter
Mayonnaise


how to cook...

Bring a deep plate as shown in the photo and start with the following:
Put a layer of carrots


Egg whites


Cheese - half the amount


Mayonnaise


 Leave the butter in refrigerator until use in order to keep from


Tuna with onions,
 the remaining amount of cheese 
mayonnaise,
 and finally on top place egg yolks 
simply decorate and serve cold 


Note Put salad in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving
