Salmon fillet and mussels + 2 sauce




Ingredients


Salmon fillet



Garlic mashed and mixed with olive oil - salt and thyme



Mussels - foil



how to cook...

Bring foil, Put a piece of fish fillet & over it put a bit of the garlic mixture, some salt and some thyme



Cover it well



Bring mussels, also put it in foil,
add some of the garlic mixture then add a tablespoon of orange vinegar (optional)



close it well but leave the top opened



Put it in the oven at a temperature of 180 to 200 until cooked




Now preparing Sauce



Green Sauce

Ingredients

Clove of garlic - yogurt - parsley - small amount of creamy milk - apple vinegar - salt - green chilly pepper



Mix all ingredients together in a blender and put to a serving dish



Red Sauce

Ingredients

Tomato - half of red bell pepper - yogurt - small onion - olive oil  - dried basil - salt



Mix all ingredients together in a blender and put to a serving dish



After fish and mussels are cooked 

serve them hot
