Shawerma from lamb meat - tasty - simple - and fast - in just an hour


Shawerma from lamb meat  - tasty - simple - and fast - in just an hour 


Ingredients

Dhani thigh high sliced 
Onion cut in slices 
Tomato cut in slices
Parsley
Half a ( coffee ) cup of vinegar
Black pepper
Tortilla bread or any type you like

(Note: the amount of meat after cooking = amount of onions = the amount of tomatoes )






how to cook...

Add vinegar and black pepper on the meat and leave it for half an hour


In the meantime, cut onions,


tomatoes


and parsley


mix and put aside


After half an hour .. move water (vinegar) away from meat


in frying pan add a little of olive oil and when hot, add meat
fry till brown color..



After frying, turn off fire and add the mix of onion and tomato 
mix and leave for two minutes



Prepare the bread as in the pictures



then start stuffing



then serve
