Steak with garlic and orange vinegar

Ingredients

Steak

Flour - salt and pepper - garlic

Orange Vinegar

(If not available  - use this=> teaspoon of usual vinegar + two tablespoons of orange juice + a quarter teaspoon sugar)

how to cook...

Bring the oven-tray and put slices of butter, some amount of garlic, salt and pepper

Bring the meat and make some cuts with the knife

Take a tablespoon of orange vinegar and put it on the meat

Leave it for two minutes and then cover with flour

And put them in the oven-tray

Put the rest of the garlic, salt and pepper, as well as slices of butter

Put to oven - temperature of 200 C for an hour and serve it hot

You can serve it with rice or pasta or any kind of salads

For example, with avocado salad
